Talk is cheap . . . we have all heard it many times before. Many people who have worked with a real estate salesperson before do not work with the same agent  again according to The National Association of Realtors.

The most common reason is probably that they over promise and under deliver.

Once a seller or buyer has committed to making a move, they may not receive the service they expected or they become uncomfortable with their agent. Often they have no option because they have a 3 to 6 month agreement that they can not get out of  . . . This is not a pleasant position to be in.

We provide a written performance guarantee. That means we will do what we promise  . . . and guarantee it in writing.
